Client Service Management Team
Our team of client service managers are intimately involved in the day-to-day execution of our clients' promotional plans ensuring that all programs are delivered with the highest possible quality and positive impact for the products promoted. Some of the key responsibilities the client service managers take ownership of include: developing program content, planning the program logistics/schedule, executing initial and ongoing moderator training, establishing client reporting mechanisms, communicating with the client and generally managing all aspects of their projects on a daily basis.

Moderators
Our corps of highly trained and experienced moderators bring to The Peer Group programs an in-depth knowledge of the specific product/therapeutic class of interest, clinical issues, treatment paradigms, disease management practices, competitive dynamics and market trends. They are also specially trained in group dynamics and meeting techniques. More than two-thirds of our moderators have more than five years of experience, and some have 20 years experience or more.
